Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the TeraBox API platform ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides a programmatic API that extracts metadata, download links and streaming URLs from TeraBox links. Developers purchase lifetime request credits that are consumed per successful API request.

3. Request Credits

• Purchased request credits are valid for life and never expire.
• Credits only reduce when a request returns a successful response.
• Multiple purchases stack on your existing balance.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: resell raw API access as a competing service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures or authentication; share your API key publicly; or use the Service to infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.

5. Fair Use

We reserve the right to apply reasonable rate limits to protect platform stability. No artificial limits are imposed on normal usage; abusive automated traffic may be throttled or blocked.

6. Availability & Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Upstream provider outages may occur; in such cases failed requests are not charged. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, including abuse, fraud or chargeback activity. Suspended users lose access but we may, at our discretion, credit their balance after resolution.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
